CHOSEN ONE OF TOP TEN SHOPS IN THE NATION!
Each year Motor Age Magazine, a leading automotive magazine, reviews shops from all over the United States. Hundreds of automotive repair shops from all over the country competed for Motor Age Top Shop, however, only 10 were chosen.
Our shop was reviewed in their magazine and we were one of only ten shops in the Nation to be chosen in the Top 10. There are many good auto repair shops in the country, and we are very grateful for the industry’s recognition and our award.
This award is given after Motor Age reviews how companies’ care for their customers, their qualifications, the shop’s facilities, their growth over recent years, and the business’ core philosophy.
Our company has been recognized with this award in the past; we were chosen to be in the top ten in 2008, 2009, 2011, and now in 2013. In 2012, we were honored with the No. 1 TOP SHOP AWARD in the Nation.
I did it! The Automotive Service Association (ASA) held its Automotive Management Institute (AMI) graduation and award ceremony Saturday August 12th in Anaheim, CA. It was an awesome event.
I was honored to be included in the 1st graduating class, earning the new A.M.A.M. degree (Accredited Master Automotive Manager). 49 people graduated by accumulating 180 credits though many accredited management classes. Others in attendance earned the Accredited Automotive Manager (A.A.M.) degree with 120 credits as well.
I work hard to be the best I can be and support our industry, thank you ASA
While there are many quality repair facilities, each AAA–approved auto repair facility is carefully screened and monitored to assure it meets our tough standards and criteria.
AAA QUALITY SERVICE AWARD
We are a 4-time AAA Quality Service Award winner for customer satisfaction and service quality.
To win this AAA award a shop must exceed the already stringent Auto Club standards for a consecutive two-year period: no more than one complaint from an Auto Club member, a minimum 99 percent customer satisfaction rating during two consecutive surveys and no facility deficiencies during either of the Auto Club’s detailed annual shop inspections or the bimonthly shop reviews.

This company has been accredited since 05/02/2003 and we are satisfied that it honors its commitment. The company has agreed to uphold our accreditation standards, which include a commitment to act in accordance with ethical business practices and to respond to customer complaints.

GREEN STATION CERTIFICATION
The Bureau of Automotive Repair (BAR) has cultivated a partnership with the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC), the agency that regulates the use and recycling of hazardous waste products. This new partnership has given us the opportunity to promote DTSC’s voluntary program by which auto repair facilities may become recognized as a “Green Station” if a station meets the DTSC’s requirements.
ASE-certified automotive technicians and other service professionals can be identified in several ways. The most obvious is to look for the ASE sign on the facility. Once inside, most establishments proudly display the ASE certificates earned by their technicians in their office or waiting room.
ASE has taken this responsibility one step further by offering a recognition opportunity for highly qualified repair facilities, which allows them to showcase their technicians and their commitment to excellence. It is called the Blue Seal of Excellence Recognition Program. The program’s emphasis is to identify establishments with a large percentage of ASE-certified professionals. It is a recognition program for businesses striving to be the best, and willing to prove their commitment.
Since 1951, ASA has been the leading organization for owners and managers of automotive service businesses that strive to deliver excellence in service and repairs to consumers. We hope that you find your visit here not only enjoyable but informative and educational.
“The Automotive Service Association (ASA) advances professionalism and excellence in the automotive repair industry through education, representation and member services.”
